At Restoring Roots, I encourage our clients to be in charge of their own health. Advocate for yourself. Have you heard or read about a new, intriguing treatment that is not listed on our site? Bring the literature and together we will evaluate the evidence base practices for the treatment or procedure and do everything that we can to bring that service to you!

Our healthcare system seems to have abandoned investing in health as a means of prevention. There seems to be a sense of false security created by conventional medicine. Many of us avoid exercise, eat lifeless food, and fill ourselves with stress and excess- then later to be “saved” from illness later in life by the wonders of modern medicine (J. Boise, N.D.).

But the truth is becoming harder to ignore. The miracles of modern drugs were never meant to replace the wisdom of the body. Bacteria and viruses evolve; resistance grows.

Illness does not occur without cause. The body, in its innate wisdom often whispers before it shouts.

  • All clients will receive an initial wellness consultation that will consist of a comprehensive intake, past medical history, review of systems, collecting a statement of their current take on their health, and laboratory collection.

$150-$300 depending on depth selected by client.

  • This visit takes place two weeks after the initial consultation where lab work is reviewed, and a care plan is created between the practitioner and the patient. Education is provided regarding the opportunities identified in the patient report and lab results.

Follow-up appointments are scheduled according to the needs of the client after this visit. Included in initial wellness consultation fee.

  • The hormones used in BHRT are designed to have the same molecular structure as the body’s naturally occurring hormones, like estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. Bioidentical hormones are processed hormones designed to mimic the hormones made by your body’s glands. Taking bioidentical hormones can help people who experience symptoms of low or unbalanced hormones. This is often the case for people experiencing symptoms of perimenopause or menopause, fatigue, inability to gain muscle, low libido, and brain fog. These natural hormones replacement therapy may be administered through forms of pellets, pills, creams, or gels. All patients are monitored at 6 weeks post administration to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment, and a complete set of laboratory work annually.

    Female $325 Male $650

  • The initial intent of nutrient infusions is to provide the body with hydration. Up to 65% of Americans in 2024 reported that they were not able to consume adequate amounts of hydration. In addition to this benefit- several vitamins, amino acids, and other naturally occurring compounds can be added into the infusions for additional benefits. These benefits can include: improved immune response, dermatological benefits, muscle recovery, improved energy, weight loss, decreased inflammation, and lengthening of DNA telomere strands. Each client, each visit will receive an individualized consultation to help select the right infusion for them.

    Infusions start at $150.

Nutrient boosts are available to baseline infusions.

  • Similar benefits to infusions but without the added hydration and lesser concentrations of vitamins, amino acids, and compounds can be administer via injection for similar benefits.

    Starts at $25.

  • Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections can help heal injuries, reduce inflammation, and improve hair and skin health. PRP injections are a type of regenerative medicine that use a patient’s own blood to stimulate healing.

Tissue healing- PRP injections can help heal damaged tissue, including muscles, ligaments, tendons, and cartilage.

Reduced inflammation- PRP injections can reduce inflammation in joints, which can help with conditions like osteoarthritis and tendonitis.

Pain relief-PRP injections can provide longer-lasting pain relief than steroids and have fewer side effects.

Hair health- PRP injections can help reduce hair loss and increase the density of hair growth.

Skin rejuvenation- PRP injections can reduce fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin texture, and minimize the appearance of acne scars.

Wound healing-PRP injections can help wounds heal faster by delivering more platelets to the site.

Safe and minimally invasive- PRP injections are made from a patient’s own blood, so they are safe and have a low risk of allergic reaction.

    Starts at $175.

  • Chronic inflammation can cause serious health problems, including cancer, heart disease, and Alzheimer’s disease.

Cancer-chronic inflammation can damage DNA and increase the risk of cancer. For example, people with inflammatory bowel diseases like Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis have a higher risk of colon cancer.

Heart disease-chronic inflammation can damage the lining of arteries, which can lead to plaque buildup and blood clots. This can increase the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Alzheimer’s disease-chronic inflammation can destroy healthy nerve cells in the brain, which can lead to memory loss and Alzheimer’s disease.

Chronic inflammation can also contribute to arthritis, asthma, diabetes, and obesity.

Symptoms of chronic inflammation includes body pain, including arthralgia and myalgia, chronic fatigue and insomnia, mood disorders, including depression and anxiety, gastrointestinal issues like constipation, diarrhea, and acid reflux, weight gain or weight loss, and frequent infections.

Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is a cluster of conditions that occur together, increasing your risk of heart disease, stroke and type 2 diabetes.

These conditions include increased blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist, and abnormal cholesterol or triglyceride levels. MetS affects one in four adults globally, and incidence rates increase as we increase in age.

  • In 2023, the US reported 47.3 million people suffered from addiction; these were only reported cases where individuals sought inpatient treatment. This program is designed for those who think they are consuming too much alcohol (or other substances).

This criteria will be met during an official intake between the patient and provider.

Once the provider determines that the risk is relatively low to remain outpatient and additional professional counseling services are not necessary, the patient will undergo weekly detoxification infusions, receive a daily vitamin regimen, literary support, weekly “counseling” support, and other various aspects all tailored to the needs of the client. The goal of this treatment is to earn 100 days of sobriety. This program is intense with self-reflection and planning on long term needs.

Price varies depending on client need.

  • Biohacking is the process of implementing scientifically-driven lifestyle interventions to optimize health throughout the lifespan. It’s a rather ambiguous term that can encompass both incremental and radical changes to diet, lifestyle, or supplementation—changes all taken with the goal of optimizing health.

Inspired by The Ultimate Human, Gary Brecka, this pathway is targeted toward the patient’s desired outcomes and vary greatly depending on their goals. We know that our clients do a vast amount of research when they are passionate about fitness and wellness. If you can dream it, we can do it.

Price varies depending on client goals.

  • An individualized weight loss program is a program that’s customized to a person’s needs, health history, and lifestyle. These programs can include meal plans, coaching, and medication. Depending on the desires and commitment of the patient, this may include weekly weigh ins and counseling.

    Starts at $200 per month.

  • My philosophy is that I want patients to feel good inside- out. Simple aesthetic services will be made available to our clients who already are existing wellness patients with us. Experience has taught m that when people feel good on the inside- what is done aesthetically to their appearance changes greatly.

Aesthetic medicine, when done thoughtfully, should never change who you are—it should simply reflect how good you feel inside.

In 2019, I began providing advanced aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins such as Botox®, Xeomin®, Dysport®, and Jeuveau®, as well as dermal fillers for all facial areas, the chest, and hands. My approach focuses on precision, balance, and restraint—enhancing your natural features rather than altering your overall appearance. The goal is for you to look refreshed, rested, and authentically yourself.

In addition to injectables, I offer microneedling with PRP, hyaluronic acid, and peptides to support collagen production, skin regeneration, and long-term skin health. These treatments work with your body’s natural healing processes to improve texture, tone, and vitality—without overcorrection or excess.

Aesthetic services in my practice are intentionally offered only to patients who are engaged in wellness care. Over the years, I’ve observed something profound: when patients begin to feel better physically, emotionally, and hormonally, their aesthetic goals often shift. What they want on the outside becomes more subtle, intentional, and aligned with who they truly are.

By addressing internal health first, aesthetic treatments become an extension of self-care—not a replacement for it. This integrative approach allows for results that are not only beautiful, but grounded, and sustainable.

Price varies depending on service selected.

  • Functional medicine simply describes a practice that optimizes health by identifying and addressing root causes of health concerns. This is achieved through a deep dive into client history and developing a determination of which tests to obtain. Most often, the testing is through blood tests, gastrointestinal testing, genetic evaluations, and more.

After the analysis of the testing is completed, we can together develop a personalized treatment plan that meets your needs.

Please know that this process does not fix everything overnight; but we are committed to walking with you on your wellness journey as long as you will have us.

This being said, the goal at Restoring Roots is not to hound you with visit after visit; simply to help you identify what is going on in your body and teach you the different interventions you may do on your own to maintain your wellness.

  • We utilize testing to find organisms that can cause SIBO, IBS, leaky gut, H-pylori, parasites, and more. Often, we do not know we have gut issues but experience other issues that are due to gastrointestinal dysbiosis.

We utilize functional medicines 5R framework.

Removal- this involves eliminating food triggers, irritants, and pathogens (like bacteria, parasites, or yeast) that may be contributing to your digestive issues.

Replace- this phase focuses on supporting digestive function by providing enzymes, acids bile if needed, and addressing any deficiencies in digestive enzymes or digestive secretions.

Re-inoculate- this involves introducing beneficial bacteria (probiotics) and prebiotics (food for good bacteria) to restore a healthy gut microbiome.

Repair- this phase focuses on repairing the gut lining and optimizing immune function to help health the gut and reduce inflammation.

Rebalance- this involves establishing a sustainable lifestyle that supports gut health, including stress management, sleep, and regular exercise.

Testing and Monitoring- regular check ins and ongoing testing area essential to monitor progress and adjust the program as needed.

  • Honestly, this condition is a beast to manage. The longer this metabolic syndrome is present, the bigger the beast it becomes. PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) is a condition that born females get and it often the root cause of hair loss, weight gain, inability to conceive, and hirsutism. We do not treat this condition with contraceptives like traditional Western medicine, but at the root to assist in balancing this metabolic condition that caused PCOS in the first place.

  • From hypothyroid to Hashimoto’s, we have a deep understanding that medications are not the only treatment option. We will address diet, gut, cortisol and inflammation to address this all-too-common issue.

  • Heavy metals, mold, and environmental exposures can have a difficult time getting removed from our bodies causing detriments to our health. Together we will identify detoxification pathway disturbances, address diet, provide supplement recommendations, and other pathways to help remove toxins from your body.

  • Our hormone balance program is a structured 12-week plan designed to optimize your hormones safely and effectively. We all have different quantities of hormone receptor sites as we find that walking closely with one another for the initial 12-week period provides more accurate target rates and client satisfaction. Hormones after all are our messengers and when they signal too “loudly” or “quietly” our mood is affected, libido fluctuates, energy levels decrease, and so much more.

Options for hormone balance include bio-identical hormone pellets, topical creams, oral, and injectable routes.

How do you know if you are a good candidate for hormone therapy?

The best way to determine candidacy for hormone replacement is through a combination of symptom evaluation (the most important), lab testing, and thorough intake screening.

  • Individualized protocols based off biomarkers and this requires baseline lab work and for this reason, all clients that get one of our IV drips must have lab work available prior to the infusion.

    What is IV Therapy?

IV therapy allows us to give 100% of the nutrients to your cells rather than having the nutrients go through digestion.  The nutrients go straight to the blood stream allowing more efficient hydration, nutrient replenishment, detoxification, and rejuvenation.
